Just a quick post from Williamsburg Kentucky. Our 24 hour drive to the Gulf Coast is going well with no incidents to report.We stayed in the beautiful Cumberland Inn, built by Cumberland College and managed and run by the students here. It is an absolute bargain and a perfect rest stop on the journey to Florida. We got some good sleep here in this luxurious environment once visited by two American Presidents, Jimmy Carter and George Bush Jr.
It was also one of the institutions mentioned by Bush Senior in his now infamous "Thousand Points of Light" address.
